Lauri Digalbo M.Ed, CRC,LPC
Lauri Digalbo is a nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut.
Ms. DiGalbo has worked in the disability field including vocational rehabilitation and public policy for 40 years as a practitioner, supervisor, administrator and consultant with the Connecticut Bureau of Rehabilitation Services. During this time that she developed Connecticut’s Home and Community Based Medicaid Waiver for Persons with Acquired Brain Injuries [ABI waiver]. Ms DiGalbo served as the Clinical Administrator of the ABI Waiver program during the early years of its implementation.
In her private practice Laura continues to provide consultation and training in the development of Home and Community Based Medicaid Waivers as well as service provision for persons with brain injuries throughout Connecticut and nationally. She currently serves as adjunct faculty in the Graduate School of Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy of Central Connecticut State University where her focus is medical aspects of disability with a concentration on cognition and brain injury in specific.
Dr. Stephen Sarfaty, Psy.D.
Dr. Sarfaty is a Diplomate with The American Board of Professional Neuropsychology, The American Board of Clinical Neuropsychology and The American Board of Professional Disability Consultants.
He is Director of Comprehensive Neuropsychological Services, P.C., (CNS), in Cheshire, Connecticut, and a consulting neuropsychologist to a number of area hospitals and programs.
He presents to many professional and public groups across Connecticut, around the country and internationally and has contributed to the development of validity determination protocols for forensic neuropsychological examinations.
